USSA News 70 Days to the Games Taipei – Today marks exactly 70 days before the start of the 29th Summer Universiade in Taipei. The FISU delegation has completed their final visit and testing of the accreditation system which is in full swing. A total of 12 000 athletes from over 140 countries are expected to compete at the Games from 19-30 August 2017. The South African delegation will consist of 180 personnel both athletes and support staff.
