USSA News USSA Cross Country Kimberley - The two day USSA Cross Country event ended on a high note over the weekend. The Event was hosted by Sol Plaatjie University in Kimberley at the SA Defence Force Camp 2 Sports ground. A total of 153 athletes entered for this year championships. A provisional squad of 24 athletes which consist of 12 males and and 12 females has been selected with a final camp scheduled for the 01 February 2018 to select a final 12 member team for the 2018 World FISU Cross Country Championships to held in Switzerland on the 07 April 2018. The final results standings for the cross country are as follows: 1.University of Pretoria 2. Tshwane University of Technology 3. University of Free State 4. University of Johannesburg 5.
